The second annual conference of the Russian Association of Specialists in Program and Policy Evaluation (ASPPE) will take place on October 5-7, 2016 in Novosibirsk.

This year's conference «Evaluation and Methods» will be held September 15- 17, 2010 in Centre d’ etudes sur la situation des jeunes (CESIJE), Luxemburg.

Conference Committee and IPEN Board are sorry to inform that the 10th IPEN Conference "Design and Implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation Systems" in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, on September 23-25, 2010, won't be held in its traditional format.

CPPE starts working on a scientific innovation research on demand of the Ministry for Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation
CPPE joned the performers in the the scientific innovation research for the Department of State Regulation of the Ministry for Economic Development and Trade on the ą 9.05.1
Topic "Monitoring of the administration of Russian legislation practice with the purpose of impact assessment of measures of reduction of administrative intervention into the economical activity on to the business enterprise, including private enterprise".

Firstly, CPPE staff will focus on the analysis and summary of the OECD-countries’ best practices, particularly in the field of performance measurement of the measures taken to increase the effectiveness of administrative regulation of the business-sector participants.

Secondly, a typology of the regions will be worked out. The classification will focus on the style of administration which determines the key peculiarities of the cooperation between regional authorities and business, moreover it forms the perception of the authorities (the RF-subject administration) by the business-community and the economical characteristics of the region: the status within the framework of the budget federalism and the main macro-economic indicators of the regional development.

Thirdly, the approaches of the shut-downs’ validity from the purview of the Federal Statute ą134 will be worked out. The research will be based on the aggregate-public-costs analysis, risk-and-benefit analysis. The sound proposal of the shut-downs’ based on the statistical data correction will be made.
