6. Information on participation in projects:
6.1. During 1997-2009 participated in more than 20 research, scientific and consulting projects for executive and representative government authorities at the federal, regional and local levels, as well as for international and Russian academic funds.

7.1. In 2002-2008 headed an Economical & Political Processes’ Modeling Laboratory at the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the Russian Academy of Science.
7.2. In 2000-2003 participated in editorial board of the “City & Region Finance” journal (published by the Moscow city Debt Committee and “Security Market” journal).
7.3. In 1995-1999 was a member of an Expert Council for the Budget, Tax, Finance and Banking Committee at the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Participated in working groups for development of a number of federal laws, i.e. “On financial base of local self-government”, “On specifics of state and municipal securities issue and circulation”, “On bill and promissory note”.
