The Center for Program and Policy Evaluation (CPPE) has been established in 2004 by expert's team in order to promote and to apply the progressive methods of performance evaluation, results and outcomes evaluation of the public policies and measures implementation, and regulatory impact assessment.

CPPE Head will give a report on the colloquium in HSE.

24-th session of City Colloquium «Program and Policy Evaluation: Methodology and Application» will take place on February 18, 2010. Its theme will be «Integration of Tools Evaluation into Russian State Sector: some development results till 2009 and projects for 2010-2014».

13th Annual DeGeVal Conference

This year's conference «Evaluation and Methods» will be held September 15- 17, 2010 in Centre d’ etudes sur la situation des jeunes (CESIJE), Luxemburg.

Evaluation lectures and seminars at the Faculty of Public Administration

September-December 2009. CPPE Head Daniel Tsygankov gave a course «Government Programs and Industry Policy Analysis and Evaluation» at the Faculty of Public Administration (HSE) for BA- and MA-Students (more than 150 Students).

The course was lectured together with deputy director for science of Research Institute of Labor and Social Insurance Dmitry Platigin.

V. Kolegov (CPPE, senior expert) and A. Kuzmin (Process Consulting Company, president) conducted master-classes.
