The Center for Program and Policy Evaluation (CPPE) has been established in 2004 by expert's team in order to promote and to apply the progressive methods of performance evaluation, results and outcomes evaluation of the public policies and measures implementation, and regulatory impact assessment.

Its theme will be «Integration of Tools Evaluation into Russian State Sector: some development results till 2009 and projects for 2010-2014». This year's conference «Evaluation and Methods» will be held September 15- 17, 2010 in Centre d’ etudes sur la situation des jeunes (CESIJE), Luxemburg. |
CPPE Head will give a report on the colloquium in HSE.  24-th session of City Colloquium «Program and Policy Evaluation: Methodology and Application» will take place on February 18, 2010. Its theme will be «Integration of Tools Evaluation into Russian State Sector: some development results till 2009 and projects for 2010-2014».
The session begins at 6 pm in Higher School of Economics (see map). Academic Supervisor of Colloquium, Associate Professor of Department of Theory and Practice of Public Administration, CPPE Head Dr. Tsygankov will make a report about Integration Scenario of Assessment Procedures into Russian Governance.
