The second annual conference of the Russian Association of Specialists in Program and Policy Evaluation (ASPPE) will take place on October 5-7, 2016 in Novosibirsk.

This year's conference «Evaluation and Methods» will be held September 15- 17, 2010 in Centre d’ etudes sur la situation des jeunes (CESIJE), Luxemburg.

Conference Committee and IPEN Board are sorry to inform that the 10th IPEN Conference "Design and Implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation Systems" in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, on September 23-25, 2010, won't be held in its traditional format.

February 18, 2010. 24-th session of City Colloquium «Program and Policy Evaluation: Methodology and Application» took place in Higher School of Ecomomics. Its subject was «Integration of Tools Evaluation into Russian State Sector: some development results till 2009 and projects for 2010-2014».

Academic Supervisor of Colloquium, Associate Professor of Department of Theory and Practice of Public Administration, CPPE Head Daniel Tsygankov made a report about Integration Scenario of Assessment Procedures into Russian Governance.

The report dealt with:
  • successful and unsuccessful stories of Integration of Tools Evaluation,

  • possible future steps of Integration of Tools Evaluation in local, regional and federal levels
