The Center for Program and Policy Evaluation (CPPE) has been established in 2004 by expert's team in order to promote and to apply the progressive methods of performance evaluation, results and outcomes evaluation of the public policies and measures implementation, and regulatory impact assessment.

February 18, 2010. 24-th session of City Colloquium «Program and Policy Evaluation: Methodology and Application» took place in HSE. Its theme was «Integration of Tools Evaluation into Russian State Sector: some development results till 2009 and projects for 2010-2014».

CPPE staff begins second phase of RIA introduction in North Ossetia.
