The Center for Program and Policy Evaluation (CPPE) has been established in 2004 by expert's team in order to promote and to apply the progressive methods of performance evaluation, results and outcomes evaluation of the public policies and measures implementation, and regulatory impact assessment.
Head of the Project Department in the field of RIA and Program Evaluation of CPPE Anna Golodnikova moderated the case study for assessing the impact of regulations in sanitary, phytosanitary and veterinary sphere at the in-depth seminar “Regulatory Impact Assessment in the Republic of Belarus: participation in the supranational procedures and prospects of development at the national level”.
Expert of the Unit for RIA and Program Evaluation Projects of CPPE Anna Golodnikova spoke at a series of seminars in Business Development Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission in July - November 2014.
On 19 December 2014, the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution 69/237 "Capacity Building for the Evaluation of Development Activities at the Country-Level". The resolution also officially recognizes 2015 as the International Year of Evaluation.
